DECLARING TUESDAY, 20 MARCH 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION

WHEREAS,Tuesday, 20 March 2018, marks the celebration of the Cityhood Anniversary of the City of San Fernando, Province of La Union; and

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper tha the people of San Fernando, Province of La Union, be give full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 20 March 2018, as a pecial (non-working) day in the City of San Fernando, Province of La Union.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
