DECLARING THURSDAY, 09 MARCH 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Thursday, 08 March 2018, marks the 20th Founding Anniversary and the 11thBulawan Festival of the Province of Compostela Valley; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and prooer that the people of Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 08 March 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Compostela Valley.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
