MALACAÑANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 426 DECLARING SATURDAY, 17 FEBRUARY 208, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MALOLOS, PROVINCE OF BULACAN WHEREAS, on Saturday, 17 February 2018, the City of Malolos, Bulacan marks the birth anniversary of Teodulo Capili Natividad; and WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Malolos, Bulacan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 17 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Ciy of Malolos, Bulacan. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
