MALACAÑANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 424 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 07 MARCH 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BASILAN WHEREAS, Wednesday, 07 March 2018, marks the 44th Founding Anniversary of the Province of Basilan; and WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Basilan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 07 March 2018, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Basilan. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
