PROCLAMATION No. 421

DECLARING TUESDAY, 27 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 27 February 2018, the city of General Santos marks its 79th Foundaing Anniversary and the 29th Kalilangan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 27 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
