PROCLAMATION No. 414

DECLARING FRIDAY, 26 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ

WHEREAS, on Friday, 26 January 2018, the City of Cadiz, Negros Occidental marks the celebration of its 44th Dinagsa Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cadiz be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 26 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
