PROCLAMATION No. 397

DECLARING THURSDAY, 18, JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Santa Rosa was politically emancipated as a municipality on 18 January 1792;

WHEREAS, on Thursday, 18 January 2018, the city of Santa Rosa marks its 22gth Founding Anniversary as a municipality; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 18 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
