DECLARING THURSDAY, 04 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAUJAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Naujan, Oriental Mindoro marks the celebration of its 113th Founding Anniversary on Thursday, 04 January 2018; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naujan, Oriental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 04 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naujan, Oriental Mindoro.
