DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 20 DECEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 20 December 2017, the City of Sipalay marks the celebration of the Pasaway-Handurawan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 20 December 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
