DECLARING THURSDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGONO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Angono, Rizal marks the celebration of the Higantes Festival on Thursday, 23 November 2017; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Angono, Rizal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 23 November 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
