[ PROCLAMATION NO. 332, October 23, 2017 ]

PROCLAMATION DECLARING 13 - 15 NOVEMBER 2017 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAYS IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION (NCR), PROVINCE OF BULACAN AND PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, the Philippines will host the 31 st Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASE AN) Summit and Related Summits on 13-15 November 2017;

WHEREAS, various activities directly connected with the 31 st ASEAN Summit and Related Summits, to be attended by ASEAN Leaders and ASEAN Dialogue Partners, will be held in the NCR and Clark Field, Pampanga;

WHEREAS, the ASEAN 2017 National Organizing Council has recommended that 13 - 15 November 2017 be declared as special (non-working) days in the NCR and the Provinces of Bulacan and Pampanga, as these areas will be directly affected by the said activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare 13 - 15 November 2017 as special (non-working) days in the NCR and the Provinces of Bulacan and Pampanga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
