DECLARING TUESDAY, 17 OCTOBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF QUINAPONDAN, EASTERN SAMAR

WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 17 October 2017, the Municipality of Quinapondan, Eastern Samar marks the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Quinapondan, Eastern Samar, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 17 October 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Quinapondan, Eastern Samar.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
