DECLARING THURSDAY, 21 SEPTEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MATEO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, Thursday, 21 September 2017, marks the 446 th Foundation Day of the Municipality of San Mateo, Rizal; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Mateo, Rizal, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday 21 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Mateo, Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
