DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 AUGUST 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAVAO

WHEREAS, on Friday, 18 August 2017, the City of Davao marks the highlight of the celebration of the Kidayawan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Davao, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 18 August 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Davao.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
