DECLARING TUESDAY, 01 AUGUST 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF COMPOSTELA, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 01 August 2017, marks the 69th Foundation day and 11th Buganihan Festival of the Municipality of Compostela, Compostela Valley; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Compostela, Compostela Valley, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 01 August 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Compostela, Province of Compostela Valley.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philipines to be affixed.
