DECLARING FRIDAY, 28 JULY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABADBARAN, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, Friday, 28 July 2017, marks the 10th Charter Day of the City of Cabadbaran, Pronice of Agusan del Norte; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabadbaran, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 28 July 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cabadbaran.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
