DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 26 JULY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IPIL, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 26 July 2017, the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay marks the celebration of its 68th Araw ng Ipil; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Ipil, Zamboanga sibugay, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 26 July 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
