DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 22 MARCH 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 22 March 2017, the Province of Cavite marks the celebration of the birth anniversary of General Emilio Aguinaldo, the first President o f the Republic of the Philippines;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Cavite, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 22 March 2017 , as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Cavite.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
