CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, WHICH STANDS ON TWO PARCELS OF LAND, LOCATED AT TOPAZ AND RUBY ROADS, ORTIGAS CENTER, PASIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building with a gross floor area of 46,222.29 square meters, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (S. 2000) and Resolution No. 15-377 (S. 2015) of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, as an Information Technology Center to be known as Cyberscape Gamma which stands on two parcels of land located at Topaz and Ruby Roads, Ortigas Center, Pasig City containing an aggregate area of One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Four square meters and Fifty square decimeters (1,954.50), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 2-B of the subdivision plan Psd-00-071110, being a portion of Lot-2 [LRC] Pcs-18803, LRC Record No.), situated in Barangay San Antonio (Oranbo), City of Pasig, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by Road Lot 6, (LRC) Psd-105493 (Ruby Road); on the S., along line 2-3 by Lot 2-A of the subdivision plan; on the W., along line 3-4 by Road Lot 17, (LRC) Psd-105493 (Topaz Road); on the N., along line 4-1 by Lot 2-C of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 88 deg. 28' E., 960.92 m from BLLM No. 1, Wack-Wack;

Bounded on the S., along line 1-2 by Lot 2-B, Psd-00-071110; on the W., along line 2-3 by Road Lot 17, (LRC) Psd-105493 (Topaz Road); on the N., along line 3-4 by Lot 2-C-2 of the subdivision plan; and on the E., along line 4-1 by Road Lot 6, (LRC) Psd-105493 (Ruby Road).
