MALACAÑANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 146 DECLARING SATURDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE IN THE TALISAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL WHEREAS, Saturday, 11 February 2017, marks the 19th Charter Day of the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Talisay, Negors Occidental be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 11 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
