PROCLAMATION No. 138

DECLARING FRIDAY, 24 FEBRUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay marks the celebration of its 16th Araw ng Sibugay on Friday, 24 February 2017;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 25 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
