MALACAÑANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 134 DECLARING FRIDAY, 3 FEBRUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BIÑAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA WHEREAS, on Friday, 3 February 2017, the City of Biñan, Laguna marks the celebration of its 72nd Liberation Day; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Biñan, Laguna, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday 3, February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City Biñan, Province of Laguna. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
