DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 23 November 2016, the Province of Benguet will celebrate its 116th Foundation Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Benguet be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 23 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
