DECLARING THURSDAY, 20 OCTOBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on Thursday, 20 October 2016, the City of Batac, Ilocos Norte marks the 150th birth anniversary of General Artemio "El Vibora" Ricarte;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batac, Ilocos Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 20 October 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Batac, Ilocos Norte.ℒαwρhi৷
