DECLARING TUESDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, the Province of Oriental Mindoro marks its 66th Foundation Day on Tuesday, 15 November 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Oriental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 15 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Oriental Mindoro.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
