DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 24 AUGUST 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CATBALOGAN, PROVINCE OF SAMAR

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 24 August 2016, marks the celebration of the City of Catbalogan’s quadricentennial anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Catbalogan, Samar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 24 August 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Catbalogan, Province of Samar.ℒαwρhi৷
