MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 36, August 09, 2016 ] DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 10 AUGUST 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON WHEREAS, the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon marks the celebration of Lorenzo Tañada, Sr. Day on Wednesday, 10 August 2016; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gumaca, Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C.
