DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS BAÑOS, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Friday, 16 September 2016, marks the 401st Foundation Day Municipality of Los Baños, Laguna;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Los Baños, Laguna celebrate the occasion; the Office of the Mayor requested that Friday, 16 September 2016, be declared as a special non-working day instead of 17 September 2016, which falls on a Saturday;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 16 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Los Baños, Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
