DECLARING MONDAY, 25 JULY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAPITAN

WHEREAS, the Ciry of Dapitan marks the celebration of its "Kinabayo Festical" on Monday 25, July 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dapitan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 25 July 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Dapitan.ℒαwρhi৷
