PROCLAMATION No. 1215

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT 1029 EDSA, VETERANS VILLAGE, PROJECT 7, QUEZON CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011) and Resolution No.15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 15-309 (s. 2015) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Center, to be known as the Panorama TechnoCenter, with a gross floor area of Forty-Five Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Six Square Meters and Twenty-Two Square Decimeters (45,166.22), which stands on two parcels of land, located at 1029 EDSA, Veterans Village, Project 7, Quezon City, with an aggregate area of Three Thousand (3,000) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Bounded on the NE., by Lot RP-3-B-2-C of plan Bsd-7365-C (Highway 54); and on the SE., by Lot No. 3, Block B-3; on the SW., by Lot Nos. 11 and 10, Block B-3; and on the NW., by Lot No. 1, Block B-3; all of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 40 deg. 32' W., 2608.25 m. from BLLM No. 7, Quezon City, thence:
