DECLARING MONDAY, 25 JANUARY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARIGARA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE

WHEREAS, Monday, 25 January 2016, marks the 445th Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Carigara, Leyte;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Carigara, Leyte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 25 January 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carigara, Leyte.ℒαwρhi৷
