DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 20 JANUARY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA

WHEREAS, the City of Lipa marks the celebration of the Barako Festival 2016 on Wednesday, 20 January 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I,PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 20 January 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.ℒαwρhi৷
