CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT 32nd STREET CORNER 9th AVENUE, BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY, FORT BONIFACIO, TAGUIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 15-210 (s. 2015) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Center, to be known as the ECOPRIME, with a gross floor area of Thirty-One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Seven square meters and Seventy-Five square decimeters (31,357.75), which stands on a parcel of land located at 32nd Street corner 9th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, with an area of One Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety (1,790) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot No. 8, Block 5 of the plan; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Road Lot No. 26 of Pcs-00- 011796; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Road Lot No. 2 of the plan; on the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot No. 4, Block 5 (Reserved Access Lot) of the plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 38 deg. 29’W., 3,726.88 m. from BLLM-1, MCadm 590-D; thence;
