DECLARING MONDAY, 18 JANUARY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN

WHEREAS, the City of Pagadian marks the celebration of the “16th Pasalamat Festival” on Monday, 18 January 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 18 January 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian.ℒαwρhi৷
