DECLARING MONDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARGARITA, PROVINCE OF SAMAR

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Samar marks the celebration of its Foundation Day on Monday, 28 November 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Samar be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 28 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Province of Samar.ℒαwρhi৷
