DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Friday, 23 December 2016, marks the celebration of the 16th Charter Day of the City of Bayawan, Negros Oriental;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayawan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 23 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan. Negros Oriental.ℒαwρhi৷
