DECLARING THURSDAY, 1 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal marks the celebration of its Sumbingtik Festival on Thursday, 1 December 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 1 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal.ℒαwρhi৷
