DECLARING THURSDAY, 5 FEBRUARY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BIÑAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 9427 dated 10 April 2007 declared February 5 of every year a special working holiday in the Municipality of Biñan, Province of Laguna, to be known as Biñan Liberation Day;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Biñan to celebrate the occasion, the Mayor requested that 5 February 2015 be declared as a special non-working day in celebration of its 70 th Liberation Day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 5 February 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Biñan, Province of Laguna.ℒαwρhi৷
