DECLARING FRIDAY, 15 JANUARY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, the City of San Pablo marks the celebration of the 21 st Coconut Festival and Street Dancing Competition (Mardi Gras) on Friday, 15 January 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR.,, Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 15 January 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo.ℒαwρhi৷
