DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 4 NOVEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON­WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 4 November 2015, the Province of Quezon marks the death of its local hero, Apolinario dela Cruz, more famously known as “Hermano Puli”;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR.,, Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 4 November 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Quezon.ℒαwρhi৷
