DECLARING TUESDAY, 1 SEPTEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 1 September 2015, marks the 101st Foundation Day Anniversary of the Province of Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR.,, Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, 1 September 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Cotabato.ℒαwρhi৷
