DECLARING MONDAY, 10 AUGUST 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, the City of Koronadal, South Cotabato will be hosting the Council of International Organizations of Folklore and Folk Arts (CIOFF) 2015 International Folklore Festival on 10-18 August 2015;

WHEREAS, the Office of the Mayor has requested that Monday, 10 August 2015, be declared as a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal, South Cotabato, in celebration of the opening of the CIOFF 2015 International Folklore Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR ., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 10 August 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal.ℒαwρhi৷
