DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 15 JULY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION (CAR)

WHEREAS, the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) marks its 28 th Foundation Day on Wednesday, 15 July 2015, with the theme “Conserving the Environment Towards a Greener Cordillera;”

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of CAR be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 15 July 2015, as a special (non-working) day in CAR.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
