AMENDING PARCEL II OF PROCLAMATION NO. 10 DATED FEBRUARY 9, 1924, BY EXCLUDING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND THEREIN, SITUATED IN RESIDENCE SECTION D, LEONARD WOOD ROAD, CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR CIVIL RESERVATION PURPOSES AS OFFICE SITE OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION (NEDA-CAR)
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Parcel II of Proclamation No. 10, series of 1924, by excluding a certain parcel of land therein, situated in Residence Section D, Leonard Wood Road, City of Baguio, Island of Luzon and reserving the same for civil reservation purposes as office site of the National Economic Development Authority-Cordillera Administrative Region (NEDA-CAR), subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot. 2, Swo-CAR-000812 Amd.), situated in Residence Section D, City of Baguio, Island of Luzon.
Bounded on the NW., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 and on the E., along line 7-8 by Lot 1, Swo-CAR-000812 Amd. (Portion of Leonard Wood Road); on the SE., along line 8-9 and on the E., along line 9-10 by Swo-CAR-000820 (Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board); on the SE., along line 10-11 and on the SW., along lines 11-12-13-1 by Existing Access Road (4.00 m wide).
Beginning at a point marked 1 of Lot 2, Swo-CAR-000812 Amd., being S. 69 deg. 35E., 162.80 m. from Triangulation Sta. POLE Baguio Townsite, thence;
