DECLARING THURSDAY, 15 JANUARY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, the City of San Pablo marks the celebration of the 20th Coconut Festival and Street Dancing Competition (Mardi Gras) on 15 January 2015;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III,  do hereby declare Thursday, 15 January 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo.ℒαwρhi৷
