DECLARING MONDAY, 8 DECEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, Monday, 8 December 2014, marks the celebration of the founding anniversary and the city fiesta of the City of Batac;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 8 December 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Batac, Ilocos Norte.ℒαwρhi৷
