CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT SHAW BOULEVARD CORNER NUEVE DE FEBRERO STREET, BARANGAY ADDITION HILLS, MANDALUYONG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 12-329 (s. 2012), and Resolution No. 14-238 (s. 2014) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the Shaw Center Mall, which stands on several parcels of land, located at Shaw Boulevard corner Nueve de Febrero Street, Barangay Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City, with an aggregate area of Six Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Seven (6,977) square meters, more or less, as defined in a Consolidated Plan with technical description:

A parcel of land (as described on plan Pcn-00-001782, being a consolidation survey of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Pcs-00-012998 and Lot 4-A-1, Psd-13-007281, LRC Record Nos. 699, 875 and 917), situated in Barangay Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the W., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 4-B-1; and along lines 3 to 7 by Lot 4-B-2, both of (LRC) Psd-290584; on the N., along lines 7 to 16 by Shaw Boulevard; on the NE., along lines 16 to 23 by Nueve de Febrero Street; on the SE., along lines 23 to 26 by Lot 2-A-1, Psd-13-007282; and on the S., and W., along lines 26 to 29-1 by Creek. (Note: on the Southwestern portion of Lot joining points 1, 2, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29, a strip of 3.00 m. wide Legal Easement is provided).
