DECLARING FRIDAY, 5 DECEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF M’LANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato will celebrate the 6th Kawayanan Festival on Friday, 5 December 2014;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 5 December 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato.ℒαwρhi৷
