CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED ALONG MALIGAYA ROAD, FAIRVIEW, QUEZON CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT (RA) NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY RA NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 14-029 (s. 2014), as amended, of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the Fairview Terraces Corporate Center, which stands on a parcel of land, located along Maligaya Road, Fairview, Quezon City, with an area of Two Thousand Six Hundred One (2,601) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Portion of Lot 2-A

A parcel of land [being a portion of Lot 2-A, (LRC) Psd-15394] situated in Fairview, Quezon City.

Bounded and on the N., E., W., and S., along lines 1-2-3-4-1 by remaining portion of the subdivision.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 80 deg. 47' W., 1,358.61 from LM 13, Tala Estate, thence;

Due East 64.4 to point 2;
Due South 40.4 to point 3;
Due West 64.4 to point 4;
Due North 40.4 to point of

beginning; containing an area of Two Thousand Six Hundred One (2,601) square meters, more or less.ℒαwρhi৷
