DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 15 OCTOBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BOHOL

WHEREAS, on 15 October 2013, the Province of Bohol was struck by earthquake, causing loss of lives, destruction of properties and a decline in its economy;

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 15 October 2014 marks the first year anniversary of the Bohol earthquake which the Province of Bohol wishes to commemorate as a day of prayer and thanksgiving.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of his Excellency BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 15 October 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bohol.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
